Description
Exfoliation involves vigorous skin massage, either with the hand, body brush, loofah or mitt. Loofahs are highly effective in stimulating blood circulation, loosening dead cells and leaving the skin soft, supple and glowing.
As well as loosening dead skin, exfoliate loosens blockages that help decrease the likelihood of ingrown hairs. Two or three times a week give yourself a special treatment, gently exfoliating scrub or cream all over your body. Wet the loofah & use with soap or shower gel. After use wash it clean & hang dry.
